Elite Care Home Care Services knows, “There’s No Place Like Home.” We are here to help you be as independent as possible, in the comfort of your own home, for as long as possible.
The rates of services are based on the levels of assistance, for one client, utilizing one Caregiver or Companion.
An initial rate will be determined at the time of evaluation and may be adjusted depending on changes in the level of care needed.

Elite Care Home Care Services LLC is HIPPA compliant and uses private and secure electronic records systems to keep personal and medical information safe.
Companion Care
This refers to those who have limited assistance (usually stand by) with bathing, personal care, dressing, meal preparation, shopping, errands, medication reminders, appointments, light, minimal impact exercise as well as light household chores.

Transition to Home
Prescription Pickups & Medication Reminders
Support with discharge instructions
Compliance with nutrition recommendations
& Meal Preparation
Transportation to and from appointments
Personal care assistance: bathing, dressing, hygiene
Bathroom assistance, incontinence care, toileting
Fall prevention assistance, including hands on
assistance from standing to sitting positions
Light Housekeeping, laundry, shopping services
Coordination of care service with Home Health,
Hospice, and Medical equipment
In- home assessment required.
Intermediate Care
This includes all areas of assistance above under companion care as well as more direct bathing assistance, mobility assistance such as walking, assistance with transfer in and out of bed or areas such as recliners, etc.

Dementia/Alzheimer's Care
Specialized and compassionate support for individuals and families dealing with these conditions. We provide personalized care planning, trained caregivers, cognitive stimulation activities, medication reminders, safety assistance, meal preparation, family communication, respite care, 24/7 availability, and a holistic approach to well-being. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for those affected by dementia, offering peace of mind and expert care throughout the journey.
Total Care
This includes all areas of assistance included in companion care and intermediate care in addition to night assistance, incontinent care to include cleaning and changing, assistance with feeding, transfer and positioning and use of specialized equipment.

Nonmedical End of Life Care
Designed to provide comfort, dignity, and support to individuals and their families during this sensitive time. Our compassionate team offers assistance with daily personal care, emotional support, respite for family caregivers, coordination with hospice services, and 24/7 availability. We prioritize the individual's comfort and peace while ensuring their final days are spent with the highest quality of care and compassion.
